Krousar Thmey NGO, first Cambodian foundation assisting underprivileged children, is looking for a qualified Teacher at Street Children Center, Chamkar Morn in Phnom Penh. The mission is to teach children in center.
JOB TITLE :
Accountant at Protection Children Center in Siem Reap
Schedule :
Full-Time
LOCATION:
Siem Reap.

RESPONSIBILITY:

    Providing every month an accurate and right accountancy to the finance team in the Head office
        Collect proper invoices for every expenses made by the center
        Check that all invoices are correctly filled in with name, date, explanation, amount and signatures
        Fill in the vouchers for every donations, sales, invoices and bank transfers
        Fill in the 3 parts books for every internal transfer, fill in the donation book for donations in kind or in cash
        Preparing the monthly expenses report
    Budgeting and expenses
        In collaboration with centre director prepare the annual budget of the centre
        Follow up every month the annual budget in order to spend correctly each budget line.
        Spend the money advanced by main office according to budget plans and report to director
        In collaboration with centre director do budget follow up to ensure that budget is correctly spent
        Ensure that the budget approved by the headoffice is respected
        Prepare the purchase request and submit it to head office
    Salary Payment
        Ensure that the three-part book is correctly filled for salary payments to the staff from centers.
        Ensure that staffs are timely paid at the end of the month
    Inventory
        Fill in the form for material transfer from one center to another
        Update the inventory of the center
    Working with children in center
        Take care of children
        Teach some lessons to children relate to housekeeping, hygiene and morality
        control the cleaning of bedroom and other place of the center
        help to work in library
    Participate in any activities assigned by the center, aimed to process Krousar Thmey’s program
    Respect child protection policy, staff policy and finance  policy. 

REQUIREMENTS:

    Cambodian citizen
    University degree in Finance and Accounting or related field.
    Good in English
    Good at computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and E-mail....
    Experience work with children
    Strong capacity to work in team and cooperate with colleague, honesty,  hard working and dedicated
