RESPONSIBILITY:
As Country Director, you will represent the Company in Cambodia market. Build and manage a high performance organization, set and drive performance targets, tracking all new business opportunities from initial contact to closure. Assess investment opportunities and manage business partner relations. Be responsible for developing and maintaining sales, marketing and operational strategies to meet the agreed objectives for Cambodia market.
Job Duties :
Be responsible for managing all operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and other qualitative KPIs.
Demonstrate product knowledge of company’s products and services.
Build and manage partner, reseller, and alliance channel activities and relationships for maximum sales, distribution, and exposure of the company’s products and services.
Locate or propose potential business deals by identifying potential partners, distribution channels and end customers; discovering and exploring opportunities for selling the company’s products and services.
Be responsible for the marketing of company’s product and services, and market positioning strategies in the local market.
Identify various marketing channels and strategies for maximum exposure for the company’s products and services.
Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
Enhance other internal organization processes that will allow the company to fulfill its objectives for Cambodia market.
Agree annual budgets assigned for Cambodia market and produce detailed annual, quarterly and monthly Business Plans including Marketing Plans, Sales Plan and Operation Plans.
Produce biweekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Business performance reports.
Report to CEO
REQUIREMENTS:
10 years or more experiences in technical sales/marketing.
Proven General management experience is a need.
Excellent networking skills are required.
Ability to create and assess investment and cooperation opportunities.
Ability to deliver the highest standards of customer services.
Ability to recruit staff and monitor performance.
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge and relevant experiences of the IT Service sector is a plus.
Good command of communicational English.
High level of proactivity and target orientation.
