PROVINCIAL BRANCH ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Preah Vihear.





RESPONSIBILITY:

     Assists Provincial Branch Accountant (PBA) for reviewing on loan disbursement and settlement, summary loan collection, and all vouchers;
     Assists PBA for encoding accounting transaction into the accounting software;
     Handling petty cash and replenishment of petty cash on a monthly basis;
     Assigns account code to vouchers and check for the accuracy and completeness of documents;
     Check and update CBMC’s payroll on a monthly basic;
     Preparing motor gasoline expense on monthly basic;
     Checks and verify telephone bill;
     Assist branch cashier in preparing documents or issue official receipt and counting money both CSO and clients;
     Assists accountant for monthly report preparation;
     Assist in observation check daily cash count performed by cashier and ensures monthly cash count sheet is tied up with cashbook and general ledger;


REQUIREMENTS:

     At least diploma degree in accounting, finance and banking or other related field;
     Must have a strong numeric skills, analytical and strong team-orientation preferred;
     Good attitude and inter-personal skills;
     Computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc;
     Good English both speaking and writing;
     Ability to work under pressure highly self-motivated;
