We are a group company which sells construction material such as Mountain Cement, Roof Tile product.
JOB TITLE :
Sale Supervisor.
Schedule :
Full-Time
LOCATION:
Phnom Penh.

RESPONSIBILITY:

    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and Sale plan.
    Evolve company's branding, positioning, and thought leadership
    Develop sales support materials, including collateral, presentation content, direct mail and email content, and customer events.
    Ensure sales support materials are customized appropriately for each sales channel.
    Conduct research as necessary for audience insights, awareness and satisfaction
    Monitor the competitive strategy
    Manage communications to internal stakeholders about marketing & sale programs
    Manage budget and implement KPI
    Involvement in new product development
    Manage sale team in regional area.

REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
    3+ years of marketing or sale in construction product.
    2 years’ experience in a senior marketing and sale management.
    Be honest and confidential in company activities.
    Strong creative idea.
    Excellent public presentation and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to think, act and communicate logically and persuasively.
    Be able to use computer in Microsoft office, Adopt program.
