JOB TITLE :
Sale Supervisor

Phnom Penh.

 RESPONSIBILITY:

    Follow up with all call out / in and all other customers need to know product information
    Commit on monthly sales target as set by company
    To present themselves in their best attire and mannerism
    To perform official duties at events, exhibition, product launches as stipulated by the company
    To perform follow up on potential customers and telemarketing
    Canvass for sales lead in your own territory
    Perform all administrative matters pertaining to the completion of the new sales (i.e. booking, loan-application, purchase contract and delivery arrangement)
    All other duties and responsibilities given by the management
    Report on competitor activities and market information to immediate superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

    Cambodian nationality, age 18-35 years old, for male or female.
    Minimum 2 years experience in sales.
    Experience in selling Genset or Tractor would be advantage.
    Have the zeal and motivation to pursue and canvass for new sales.
    Able to provide product knowledge and support customers at all times.
    Enjoy meeting people with warm and outgoing frequently.
    Possess a valid driving license is must.
    Flexible, dynamic, analytical and able to make good judgment and self motivation.
    Must be honest, patient; follow the instruction from the superior
    Strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills.
    Outgoing and pleasant personality.
    Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in a team.
    Bachelor Degree in Sales / Marketing or other related Field
    Good command of English and Chinese is advantages.
    Computer literate (Ms. Office) and Internet & Email must be required.
