JOB TITLE :
Sale/Accountant/Receiptionist
Schedule :
Full-Time
LOCATION:
Phnom Penh.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Sale Position:

-Maintain the relationship with old/existing customers and generate more customers

-Keep contact with customers to check on the progress of existing orders

-Market research

-Follow up with customer’s requirement

-Responsible for doing sales report and report Analysis

Accountant & Customer Service Position:

- Manage daily transaction and record into Quick book system

-Verifies supported documents before posting recording into system

- Prepare financial report the accuracy timely basis internal use  required by authorities

-Manage Payment Voucher & Official Receipt

-Deposit and Withdraw money from bank

-Perform additional tasks as assigned

-Answer the phone in such a way that callers feel welcomed, valued and contented

-Channel phone callers to the appropriate person

-Make customer relation

-Other task as required

REQUIREMENTS:

-Cambodian national only

-Bachelor Degree of civil engineer/business marketing/management/economic

-Fresh graduated are welcome

-Good common in English & other language is an advantage.

-Good computer skills (Ms. Office, Quick Book, and Email)

-High responsibility and commitment to work hard

-Commitment to conduct company discipline with good ethics and best practice

-Pleasant personality, and positive attitude
