JOB TITLE :
Sales Supervisor

LOCATION:
Phnom Penh.

RESPONSIBILITY:

    Assist Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating sales teamto achieve sales objectives.
    Assist Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying customer targets.
    Implement promotion and the sales strategies plans.
    Solve customer issues, resolution and communicate issues to the Sales Manager.
    Solve sales team issues, concerns and product/service questions.

REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
    4 years work experience in Sales Management for the pharmaceutical/FMCG.
    Have good relationship with pharmacies and customers in Phnom Penh.
    Excellent skill in communication, persuasion and negotiation.
    Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams effectively.
    Good in English and Microsoft office applications.
    Salary offer 300-400$/month plus incentive package.
