JOB TITLE :Credit Officer Internships
Schedule :Full-Time
LOCATION:Kampong Cham, Kandal, Kratié.

RESPONSIBILITY:

    Sáng Sub-branch (Kandal Province)
    Kampong Cham Branch, Suong Branch, and Cheung Prey Sub-branch (Kampong Cham Province)
    Kratie Branch and Chhloung Sub-branch (Kratie Province)

    Participate in client identification and recruitment process including market canvasses;
    Assist credit officer in client applications, surveys and loan assessment processes;
    Support preparations for large disbursements including organizing loan documents and bundling cash for disbursement;
    Support credit officers in collection and disbursement of funds at client meetings at villages;
    Aid in recordkeeping of collections and disbursements (CO Internship shall not have authority to sign any document); and
    Assist in end of day counting of credit officer collections in order to allow faster submission to support staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

    Holding High School Certificate or studying Bachelor degree of Accounting and Banking & Finance or equivalent field;
    Experience in handling loans/credit with other institutions preferable;
    Experience in sale and marketing an advantage;
    Skills in survey methodologies and techniques;
    Basic English knowledge;
    Honesty, willingness to help the poor, and hard working; and
