The Sothea wishes to invite the experienced and suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position below:
JOB TITLE :Resort Executive
Schedule :Full-Time
LOCATION:Siem Reap.

RESPONSIBILITY:

    To be reporting direct to the Resort Manager
    To develop and strengthen the Front Office operations namely the personalized Butler service that is applicable at the Resort.
    To develop on-going training programs to enhance the skills of the Staff and to continue with the multi-tasking efforts that are in place.
    To develop a young and strong team of Department Heads to meet and execute personalized guest services expected in a boutique Resort.
    To ensure all Standard Operating Procedures in place are carried out and adhered to by all departments.
    To co-ordinate and develops efficient communication between all departments in ensuring that consistent guest services are being experienced by the guests.

REQUIREMENTS:
    Minimum of 3 – 5 years related experience ideally with a knowledge and familiar with the hospitality market situation in Siem Reap.
    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a 2nd language being advantageous.
    Results driven, highly dynamic, independent and a team player with good presentation skills
    Time management with ability to prioritize and meeting tight deadlines
    Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel, power Point etc )
