About Company:
ANGKOR BREWERY: Angkor Brewery is situated in Cambodia's main port city of Sihannoukville, about 230 km west of the capital Phnom Penh. The brewery was commissioned by the Cambodian Government in the early 1960s and built by a French contractor with technical assistance from France. Lager beer was produced for a few years, marketed under the brand names "Angkor Beer" and "Bayon Beer". However, operation was disrupted when civil war broke out in the early 1970s. Cambrew Ltd assumed control of the brewery in 1991, and after nine months of refurbishment, Angkor Brewery recommenced production in 1992. KEY DATES: 1991: Cambrew Ltd takes over the brewery. 1992: Joint venture with Pepsi Co. for bottling and distribution of soft drinks in Cambodia. 1994: Sales of Angkor Extra Stout commissioned. 2004: Remaining interest bought from Pepsi Co. 2005: Carlsberg acquires 30% of the shares. 2006: Carlsberg increases shareholding to 50%. 2007: Targeted launch of Royal Ginseng Stout in Cambodia. 2008: Relaunch of the Angkor Beer brand.
JOB TITLE :Sales and Marketing Trainer (1 Post)
Schedule :Full-Time
LOCATION:Phnom Penh.

RESPONSIBILITY:

- Provide conducting orientation to the new sales representatives about the sales process; developing individual coaching plans, providing resources and assistance
- Provide trainings to sales personnel of a business unit
- Develop instructional material for sales trainees
- Develop communication skills in sales and marketing people
- Assist and coordinate with marketing and sales departments
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks
- Ensure compliance of corporate policies, standards and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:



- Bachelor or Master Degree of Sales and Marketing
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in sales training
- Good written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in written and personal presentation
- Must be able to work independently and under pressure
