JOB TITLE :Various Positions
Schedule :Full-Time
LOCATION:Phnom Penh.

 RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Global Markets Operations Officer (1 position based in Phnom Penh)
This role is responsible for assisting and contributing to Global Markets Operations' performance in order to provide and support efficient services to Global Markets team.

     Assist Global Markets frontline to achieve annual financial target
     Assist Global Markets Operations team to achieve the VoB target
     Create FX Confirmation Letter to customers
     Process Foreign Exchanges/Money Markets deals
     Process Tax/Customs/Water bill/EDC for customers
     Process inter-bank transfer to local/overseas Nostro accounts
     Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for Global Markets team and regional team
     Issue daily FX rates for Markets team, Branches, and Customers
    

2. Chinese Speaking Personal Banker (1 position based in Phnom Penh)
This is a 6-month contract opportunity.  This role is responsible for achieving branch sales targets by providing customers with an easy and friendly banking experience, which identifies and meets customers' transactional and sales needs.

     Contribute to the achievement of branch sales and revenue targets by building close relationship with customers
     Grow customers share of wallet through cross sell of additional products
     Provide outstanding and consistent advice and service to improve our customer experience
     Process new account opening and ensure the efficiency and accuracy of processing

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Global Markets Operations Officer

Skills/Experiences:

     Computer literacy
     Understanding of compliance/ risk management and control
     Tertiary qualifications in a business related field such as Accounting/Commerce/finance
     English speaking/writing skills
     Analytical and communication skills
     Knowledge of international banking including familiarity with international payment methods, systems and settlement practices

2. Chinese Speaking Personal Banker Skills/Experiences:

     Strong customer focus
     Strong desire to work in sale environment
     Great communication and negotiation skills
     Attention to details and accuracy
     Chinese is a must
