JOB TITLE :Various Positions
Schedule :Full-Time
LOCATION:Phnom Penh.

RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Branch Manager ( Male/Female 02 Positions )

     As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for the development of overall business strategies. You must ensure that branch functions effectively and cohesively towards the ultimate objective to general maximum revenue and profitability.
     You will need to prepare and execute marketing plan for acquiring new customers as well as maintain and enhance relationship with existing customers.
     You are also required to prepare branch budget, execute action plan and monitor the performance in line with approved branch target.

2. Credit Assessment Officer (Male & Female)

     Identify and/or assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing and developing appropriate information necessary for loan assessment.
     Recommend and provide report of loan request and loan status
     Promote bank products and services to existing and new customers
     Prepare loan reports as required by supervisor and/or manager
     Must perform other duties as assigned.

3. Teller/Cashier ( Male or Female)

     Deliver to customers with effective and efficient banking products and services
     Ensure proper data entries and transactions of products and services provided to customers
     Cash handling
     Prepare routine records and reports required by supervisor and/or manager
     Must perform other duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS:

1. Branch Manager ( Male/Female 02 Positions )

     Bachelor`s Degree/professional qualification in Marketing/Finance/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent.
     Have at least 4 to 5 years experience in branch banking operation management and credit supervision (Corporate/commercial)
    Have sound understanding of the industry and market trends/development

2. Credit Assessment Officer (Male & Female)
Minimum requirements:

     Holding Bachelor Degree in finance and banking
     Ability to read, interpret and analyze data and statics and knowledge of governmental regulations
     Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages and ratios
     Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts, and valid conclusions
     Detailed, deceive and analytical
     Administrative skill
     Good comment in both Khmer, English
     Computer literacy i.e Khmer and English Typing, Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, and so on
     Self-directed and self-motivated team player
     Pleasant personality
     Willing to work under pressure and overtime
     Regional applications are preferable

3. Teller/Cashier ( Male or Female)
Minimum Requirements:

     Holding Bachelor Degree in banking and finance, accounting, or related fields
     Have experience in a finance institution or accounting related field will be an advantage
     Must have good comment in both Khmer/English
     Pleasant and friendly personality
     Computer literacy i.e Khmer and English Typing, Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, and so on
     Former relevant working experience will be an advantage, but fresh from university are also welcome
     willing to work under pressure and over time
     Regional applications are preferable.
