Credit Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITY:

    Analyze, evaluate and follow up loans to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of loan quality.
    Ensure the good quality of portfolio at risk (PAR).
    Motivate credit officers and implement selling strategies to achievedevelopment plan at branch.
    Identify and seek for potential customers and maintain good relationship with them.
    Promote financial products and services of the company to targeted customers.
    Ensure good customer services delivered with professional manners at the right time.
    Do market research and follow up the change in competitive markets like interest rate, product featuresand so on.
    Promote and implement internal control to staff under supervision to reduce risks.


REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking, Business or other related fields.
    At least 2-year experience in micro finances, banks and the related fields.
    Knowledge in management and leadership.
    Good at both written and spoken English.
    Good interpersonal skill, self-starter, problem solving and proactive.
    Willing to work at field.
