Hello Axiata Company Limited is a leading international telecommunication company and in line with our business expansion, we are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:



Area Sales Executive based in

    Kampong Speu (1 position)                   - Siem Reap      (1 position)
     Prey Veng        (1 position)                   - Preah Vihea    (1 position)
    Svay Rieng       (1 position)                   - Pursat             (1 position)
    Kandal              (2 positions)                 - Mondulkiri       (1 position)

Principal Accountabilities

    Push the sales volume to achieve the sales target;
    Educate the wholesaler/dealers on our products;
    Teamwork and have good relationship with Hello Axiata/wholesaler and dealers; and
    Perform other tasks as assigned by superior.

Minimum Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree of Marketing or related field,
    Good command of both spoken and written English,
    Working knowledge of coordinating with Telecom distributors or FMCG at least 2 years experience, and
    Be able to work under pressure with less supervision.



Enterprise Sales Executive (3 positions)

Principal Accountabilities

    Handle the corporate sales of the company;
    Manage and retain the existing key accounts and increasing new corporate/institutional clients; and
    Identify and qualify opportunities within your territory, pursue conversion of qualified leads to customer solutions with subscription based revenue.

Minimum Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalence,
    At least 2 years experience in sales, and
    Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.



Demands Planning Executive (1 position)

Principal Accountabilities

    Conduct market survey, field audit of distributor supply, and collect market feedback in order to provide corrective action plan with all sales channels in the cross functional and departmental meetings in regular basis;
    Regularly monitor and balance the sales demand and supply at the provincial and distributor levels by working out the actual sales volume with the actual activation of reload top-up, SIM and device activation, which generated from the company system, coupled with market insights;
    Regularly update the progress and reports of the sales demand and supply to the management; and
    Manage the production both projection and purchase.

Minimum Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalence,
    At least 2 years experience in similar position or a strong foundation of sales, and
    Strong analytical skills with ability to express the specific findings.



Freelance Sales Officer (10 positions)

    Based Phnom Penh.
    University student or fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.



Customer Service Officer

Location:    Siem Reap        (2 positions)

                  Phnom Penh     (2 positions)                                                                                       

                            

 Principal Accountabilities

    To handle walk in customers; and
    To perform other tasks as required by Superior.

Minimum Requirements

1.   Year 4 university student or graduate student,

2.   Good knowledge in mobile technology / E-mail / Internet,

3.   Good commend in English both speaking and writing,

4.   Good Personality, and

5.   Computer: Word, Excel, Power Point.



Legal Internship (1 position)

    University student or fresh graduate are encouraged to apply;
    Ms Office: Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint;
    Good command of English (Legal area focus is plus); and
    Good communications & interpersonal skills.



Product Internship (1 position)

    University student or fresh graduate are encouraged to apply;
    Ms Office: Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint; and
    Good knowledge of administrative tasks.

International Voice & Messaging Executive (1 position)

 Principal Accountabilities

    Ensure VoIP origination and termination revenues are aligned with the targeted company revenue;
    Develop and execute the international voice strategy in line with the marketing strategy; and
    Manage VoIP costing by finding preferred VoIP carriers in term of QoS and pricing.

Minimum Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalence,
     Degree or equivalence Computer Science as an advantage, and
    Working knowledge of wholesales International Voice and VoIP for at least 2 years experience.



Personal Assistant (1 position)

Principal Accountabilities

    Perform a wide variety of confidential executive secretarial and administrative duties;
    Provide timely, effective diary management by prioritizing and organizing meetings with internal and external stakeholders in consultation with the CEO;
    Resolve conflicting demands upon the CEO’s time from reporting staff, senior managers within organization and representatives of internal and external stakeholders;
    Coordinate the submission of key documents to the CEO to ensure all relevant information is provided prior to appointments and meetings;
    Provide a full range of administrative and clerical support services, including filing and records management; faxing, mail, maintenance of registers and routine databases, photocopying, compilation of manuals and reports;
    Review and record all incoming correspondence and emails, including allocating, redirecting to appropriate staff for action and following up on the preparation of responses;
    Ensure all outgoing correspondence, reports, submissions and briefings submitted to the CEO conform to the organization’s presentation, style, format and content protocols;
    Overseeing the movement of files and documents both electronic and hard copy to and from the CEO’s office;
    Coordinate domestic and overseas conference travel and accommodation arrangements, ensuring compliance with the organization’s policy and practice;
    Organize meetings, workshops, seminars and related functions;
    Provide timely, efficient secretarial services, including minute taking, and related administrative support to meetings, workshops, seminars and related forums as required;
    Represent CEO in the internal and external Meeting, or other functions when CEO is not available; and
    Performing other tasks assigned by superior.

Minimum Requirements

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or English Communication,
    Minimum 2 years of relevant experience,
    Knowledge in Mobile Telecommunication is an advantage,
    Possess excellent problem solving, presentation, organizational & analytical skills;  and & Good English proficiency,
    Strong organization, communication, report writing, decision-making, conflict solving and facilitating skills, and good interpersonal skills,
    Must have excellent Microsoft and Power Point skills,
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to details, timelines, and strong commitment to diversity, and
    Demonstrating ability to work independently, trustworthily, and collaboratively.



Customer Service Manager (1 position)

Principal Accountabilities

    Ensures the design, development of Call Center, Service Excellence, and retail media operations processes and procedures that achieve Customer Satisfaction to align with the line-of-business goals.
    Develops and directs a multi-dimensional quality strategy for customer experience to walk-in centers, and call center, with proper and effective use of tools and service technology.
    Directs and develops staff under supervision to consistently and effectively implement as predefined processes and procedures or demonstrate compliance with internal/external standards.
    Develops and manages budgets for achieving Customer Satisfaction standards; monitors and reports quality program expenses, revenues and status.
    Maintains knowledge of relevant company product & service in order to facilitate the staff knowledge for excellence service provision.
    Managing, supervising, and coordinating the activities of Retail media, Call Center and Service Excellence in providing related services information, complaint handling to customer.
    Development, implementation, enhancement and support of call center & retail media systems, technologies and strategies.
    Planning and developing employee recruitment, and retaining staff as well as coordinating reward, bonus, and other awards schemes.
    Participates in marketing campaigns and product launches; attains sales, quality control and customer service goals.
    Keep director of sales & service informed at all time the performance of the function in order to identify the area for continuous improvement to achieve higher customer satisfaction.
    Actively contribute to corporate and brand advocacy.

Minimum Requirements

    Ideally not less than 2 years experience in telecom or similar industry;
    Not less than 5 years experience in Service Management;
    Bachelor graduate and above or equivalence
    Good command of English; Fluency of both spoken and written,
    Core basic telecom knowledge

Retail Media Manager (1 position)

Principal Accountabilities

    Manage the overall operation of hello points & retail media outlets to achieve excellence service quality and revenue target
    Monitor the effectiveness of operation of hello retail media store to achieve excellent service quality and consistency across hello store
    Develop the on-going program to drive more customer walk-in to achieve more sales revenue through direct sales to customer
    Work with other channel to implement trade/consumer promotion within hello stores
    Manage and control operational budget & cost optimisation to ensure effectiveness of spend of all hello stores
    Gather innovative ideas for enhancing in-store programmes and develop innovative approaches for different customer segments
    Ensure that Hello retail media team is well trained and motivated in order that customer satisfaction is superior to the competition in respect of both core and added value services
    Develop comprehensive report of staff performance, customer walk-in info, type of service and KPI performance and submit with insight to Customer Service Manager on a regular basis.
    Keep Customer Service Manager informed all time of the performance and propose idea to improve the performance under his/her own of responsibility.
    Actively contribute to corporate and brand advocacy



Minimum Requirements

    Ideally not less than 2 years experience in telecom or similar industry;
    Not less than 3 years experience in customer service management
    Bachelor graduate and above or equivalence
    Good command of English; Fluency of both spoken and written,
    Core basic telecom knowledge
    Working knowledge of Customer Service is an advantages
    Ability to analyze, gather information and develop report
    Good command of relevant customer service applications
    Ability to handle difficult customer complaints
    Leading, motivating, coaching and developing people
    Excellent relationship management with clients, external suppliers and commercial partners
    Effective communication and presentation
    Ability to work with pressure and flexible working schedules,
    Ability to coordinate with inter-related department and vendor.
