JOB TITLE :Cambodia Country Program Manager
Schedule :Full-Time
LOCATION:Phnom Penh.

RESPONSIBILITY:
    Overall supervision of the CUFA Cambodian Staff
    Responsibility for all CUFA Cambodian Projects
    Working with CUFA Cambodian staff to ensure that project objectives and outcomes are met
    Ensuring good working relationships with all partner organisations, stakeholders and CUFA Both Domestic and International staff
    Monitoring project progress and performance
    Strengthening Community Development Activities
    To integrate strategies to mainstream people with disabilities and achieve gender equality as well as assist other marginalized people including indigenous individuals

REQUIREMENTS:

    ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
        Exceptional English (written and verbal)
        Demonstrated experience supervising and managing staff in a pro-active, respectful and constructive manner
        Proven ability to support staff to successfully meet project objectives and goals
        Ability to work independently with high-level critical thinking skills
        Ability to assist staff to strengthen the community development
        Ability to assist the staff to mitigate risk and solve challenges in a reasonable time-frame
        Work history in the non-government organisation (NGO) sector
        Work history in integrating strategies to mainstream people with disabilities and achieve gender equality as well as assist other marginalized people including indigenous individuals
        Ability to facilitate discussions with different local government departments when needed
        Computer literacy in Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel
        Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with partner organisations and stakeholders
        Willing to travel to the remote areas across Cambodia to oversee the programs

    DESIRABLE CRITERIA
        Knowledge of, and involvement in, the credit union movement
