Assistant to Brand Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    -Developing strategies to exploit market opportunities
    -Closely monitors and analyzes sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity.
    -Assists in developing and executing promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters.
    -Coordinates product management and/or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (product development, production planning, trade promotion, sales, market research, consultants and advertising agencies).
    -Analyzes consumption and shipment data and compares results to established objectives to assure the effectiveness of marketing programs.
    -Follow up the ATL and BTL execution in order to have all 360 degree Brand communication to be in-line with the strategic planning
    -Delivering the sales volume, market share, and profit projections for the business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

   - Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Management or other relevant
   - 4 years experience in Marketing and Branding
   - Excellent skill in Microsoft Words, Excels and Power Points
   - Fluent in English Speaking
   - Excellent Skill in English Writing
  -  Good in interpersonal skill

Trade Marketing Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Assist Trade Marketing Manager in planning and execution for the overall trade marketing activities
    Assist Trade Marketing Manager in overseeing a number of trade marketing staff
    Initiate the in-store promotion/ activities for the assigned categories
    Execute the Trade marketing promotional activities as planned and timeline
    Closely monitor the impact of the each activity and give feedback to Trade Marketing Manager
    Assist trade Marketing manager to do post evaluation on all trade marketing programs
    Assist Trade Marketing Manager in display program and overall brand visibility at POP in the assigned areas
    Ensure that all POSMs are allocated in the right place and right time
    Make sure all the targeted categories/SKUs are available at the right channel
    Solve problem, complaint, or enquiry from customers
    Keep track of market information and competitors’ activities/movement
    Other tasks assigned by Trade Marketing Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor degree of Marketing, Business Management, or other related fields
    One to three years’ experience in trade marketing/ sale in similar position with nutrition/ FMCG is preferable
    Good communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
    Able to work as a team, in a fast-pace environment and has strong interpersonal skills
    Good command of English
    Proactive, result-oriented, initiative, hard-working, confident, and honest
    PC literate (MS Office, Adobe Photoshop/Corel Draw), Internet, and E-mail

    Inventory Control

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Coordinate with demand planning dept. and clearance agency estimate the arrival of shipment date/time.
    Reserve warehouse areas/space for the coming shipment, which informed
    Conduct shipment receive ensure the process are follow SOP
    Conduct putting away after redressing activity
    Ensure a proper representative of the FIFO & FEFO policies decided by DKSH management
    Conduct the physical stock count
    Report monthly KPIs of receiving, Put away and Storage to Warehouse manager
    Other report as require by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor degree of management/ account or related field
    2 years experience in inventory control
    Good communication and team work
    Willing to work under pressure
    Good in computer Microsoft Word/ Excel

    Delivery Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Daily control monitor credit invoice with deliverymen  PP and province
    Setting arrangement with customers for payment schedule base on invoice due date
    Coordinate with customers, AR, Bill collector to settle  invoice over due date if any
    Do cash collection if need
    Report daily credit invoice/statement to delivery supervisor/OEM and AR.
    Reconcile credit invoice being help matching with AR statement
    Daily control bill collector performance KPIs.
    Monthly report KPIs of Bill collector to management
    Other task as require by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor degree of accounting or related field
    2 years experience in inventory control
    Good communication and team work
    Willing to work under pressure
    Computer MS word, excel
    Honestly, Flexibility and hard working

    Medical Representative
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    arranging appointments with doctors in  both government hospitals and private clinics 
    making presentations to doctors and other medical staff
    building and maintaining positive working relationships with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical staffs
    keeping detailed records of all contacts
    regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings ensure effective sales plan and keeping conduct the survey
    monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products
    developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector
    staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
    Make daily report and weekly plan and reporting to superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Medical background as Medical Doctor, Pharmacist,…etc or other related filed
    Minimum 1 year experience related file
    technical sales & marketing skills
    Good in communication and teamwork mood
    relevant product and industry knowledge
    experience with relevant software applications
    Computer literacy
    English proficiency

    Customer Call Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
    Respond promptly to customer inquiries
    Handle and resolve customer complaints
    Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
    Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
    Keep record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Under graduate encourages to apply
    Good command of English
    Good communication and interpersonal skill
    Technical skill on scientific instruments
    Computer literacy on basic software (Microsoft word, Excel, power point….)
