Cambodian Harvest Dried Fruit Co. Ltd. began manufacturing in October 2004, as an NGO, named RTC Cambodia. In November 2008 we ceased to be an NGO and began trading as a registered company on 1st December 2008. The purpose of this Company is to give employment and a future to Land Mine Survivors. We currently employ 32 people with disabilities, mainly leg amputations. We source all our fruit from Cambodian farmers and as far as possible use organically grown produce, including mangoes from our own farm. We supply all the supermarkets in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, as well as four and five star hotels, restaurants, coffee shops and souvenir shops. Tour buses bring visitors to purchase our products direct from the factory door. We have exported to Australia, Singapore and Japan.
JOB TITLE :Cutting fruit
Schedule :Full-Time
LOCATION:Phnom Penh.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Clean fruit before peeling and after peeling.

• Clean all equipment with bleach and liquid soap and every item related to the production area with water and soap.

•Store all clean items in designated areas.

•Slice fruit in required sizes.

•Move fruit  to designated areas. 

•Dispose of fruit waste and trash as instructed.

•Clean dehydrators in side and out as instructed.

•Fill and empty dehydrators as instructed.

•Package as required.  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Cambodian National.

• Male/Female 18 -35 years old.

• Able to read and write Khmer.

• Good communication skills.

• Team Worker.

• Patient, honest and hard working.
